Dustin is the man who ensures that the servers are always up and running; he is the "master of the blinking lights" and controller of the server room. He makes sense out of the wiring, fixes the un-fixable, and the one we call in the middle of the night if there is a system glitch. During the day, Dustin manages the Tech side of TKG. He makes sure your email is properly working, installs the SPAM filtering and sets up the hosting accounts. He also runs the server backups, prepares disaster recovery plans, and keeps the SEO team's analytic programs from blowing out the servers. He also helps customers with technical issues, prepares co-location hosting solutions, and keeps the PC's virus-free.
